Began preparations to create and share Board member application with the community

Received an update on tax preparation progress

Voted to update financial account access for new and outgoing staff

Voted on and approved a new KHSS Liaison Incident Policy

Continued work on additional policies to improve program operations

Reviewed progress in filling open coaching positions
